Fun afternoon classes which each last 1.5 hours. With a maximum of 10 children, we focus on introducing new food in a fun way. Food that young children have helped make, and then see their peers trying, invokes curiosity and reduces the fear factor. Each class is a full hand-on experience for each child. Parents have the option of staying with us for the session or taking some time for themselves.
Recipes taught will range from fruit salads with exciting and exotic fruit through to healthy but delicious Bullseye Spiral Wraps. Children will have great fun and make new friends all while learning about food. At the end of the session, the children get to take home what they have made, along with a laminated wipe-clean recipe card so they can make it again at home.
